"Honestly, it looks so natural on me"
I was a little nervous about ordering a wig online because I really didn’t want something that looked fake on me, but this one surprised me. The hairline looks good, it’s not overly shiny, and it actually blends in really nicely. My sister didn’t even notice at first, which made me feel good about it. It’s comfortable to wear too, so I’m happy with how it looks and feels on me. Shipping was fine, and I’d definitely buy it again

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site loads fine and it’s easy enough to browse around. To be fair, it does the basics well, but I do think the filters could be a bit better to help narrow things down faster.

"Fit was a little off"
Looks okay. The fit was tight on me, mostly in the front. I kept having to adjust it. Not bad, just wish the sizing info was clearer.

"Customization felt way more limited than I expected!!"
I ordered from Uniwigs because I was really hoping for more customization options, but honestly... it ended up feeling limited!! There were a few choices, sure, but not nearly enough when it came to things like cap size and hairline details, which were kind of the main things I cared about??
Customer service did reply, which I appreciated, but it didn’t really solve the issue or change much for me. For the price, I just expected to have more control over how everything would turn out!!!

"Exchange dragged on because of policy excuses"
Trying to exchange my item ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. The process wasn’t very clear, replies took forever, and every time I asked what was going on, it felt like I just got another “that’s our policy” excuse instead of actual help. I still had to follow up twice before anything really moved forward.

"At first glance I figured this wig..."
At first glance I figured this wig would work because it looked decent, but I assumed too soon. After about 20 minutes, the cap started feeling really tight and kind of scratchy. It got uncomfortable fast, and there’s no way I could wear it for a full day

"Not even close to the pics"
The wig I got looked nothing like the photos on the site. The color was way off and the hair was so much thinner in person. In the pics it looked soft, full, and cute, but mine was flat and just not the same vibe at all. I know lighting can mess with stuff a little, but this was a whole different thing. Super disappointed and I definitely won’t be ordering again...

"Parting looks real"
I got my wig from Uniwigs and I’m happy with how the parting looks. In normal lighting it looks natural and doesn’t have that super fake, thick line some wigs have. I did pluck it a tiny bit myself, but not much. I’m giving it 4 stars because it still needed a little fixing straight out of the box, though to be fair I probably ordered it at the worst time and was rushing to wear it right away

"I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting..."
I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting much from the cap construction, but uniwigs actually did a really good job with it. It sits nice and flat without making my head look bulky, which is a relief. The clips and straps were simple to adjust, and it stayed put all day without needing a ton of fussing. I thought it might get itchy after a while, but it didn’t at all. Comfortable overall.

"The hair density is really good overall..."
The hair density is really good overall, like i said, not thin at all. It looks full without looking super fake, which I really liked. Around the crown it was a bit thicker than I expected, so I had to mess with it a little to get it how I wanted. But like i said, it’s still nice, wearable, and looks good. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Sheds a Bit More Than I Hoped"
The wig looked nice when I first wore it, but I did notice it sheds quite a bit whenever I brush it. It’s still wearable, but for the price, I was hoping it would hold up a little better

"The hair itself looked okay, but..."
The hair itself looked okay, but the clips were the problem for me. They just didn’t grip my hair well, and after a few hours they started feeling loose, which made the whole thing kind of stressful.

I kept checking it throughout the day, and that felt unnecessary and annoying. Maybe it would work better if you have thicker hair, but for me it didn’t feel secure enough to wear out comfortably

"Support was useless"
Had a rough time with customer service. I asked basic questions and kept getting vague replies that didn’t actually answer much.
Felt like they were just trying to close the ticket, not fix anything. I had to repeat myself, and still no clear solution.

Products might be fine, but the support was bad enough that I wouldn’t order again.

My first impression was that this would be super quick to style, and it does come together nicely. It just ended up taking me a little longer than I expected to get it looking right.

"Didn’t last long, and the verification was annoying"
This broke way faster than I expected. I barely got much use out of it before it stopped working, which was really disappointing. On top of that, having to go through verification over and over just made the whole experience even more frustrating

"Box arrived completely smashed"
When the package showed up looking totally crushed, I immediately worried I’d been fooled into buying something low-quality. The packaging felt really cheap and didn’t seem like it protected the item at all. Not a great first impression.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect since it was cheaper than a lot of the other wigs I saw, but I’m happy with it. I checked out a few reviews before buying and it seemed like other people had good experiences too, which helped. The quality is nicer than I expected for the price

"Texture was fine, just didn’t totally win me over"
I got this from Uniwigs i had kind of strong mixed feelings about the hair texture. At first it felt really soft and looked natural, so I was like, okay, this might be it.

But after wearing it a few times, the ends started feeling a little dry and just not as nice. I still use it with some leave-in spray, and it’s not bad at all, but for the price I just expected it to hold up better
